Prohibited items

This is enforced. Listings that match a banned category are rejected. We can pull a live listing, ban the account, and forfeit funds. Terms of Service §7 is the contract version.

Absolute no — federal crimes

Allowing these can trigger federal facilitator liability. Do not list them. Do not ask us to make an exception.

Counterfeit & copyright-infringed goods

  • Fake luxury or branded goods passed off as genuine
  • Pirated software, media, activation keys, or unauthorized copies
  • Unmarked replicas (a replica must say REPLICA in the title and photos)

Facilitating fakes or piracy can trigger federal IP and trademark liability, including DMCA.

Controlled substances & illicit drugs

  • Illegal drugs and research chemicals
  • Prescription medications
  • Drug paraphernalia
  • Cannabis, THC, and related vape products

Banned under the federal Controlled Substances Act.

Firearms, ammunition & explosives

  • Guns, frames, receivers, and kits
  • Ammunition and reloading supplies
  • Explosives, fireworks made for explosion, and grenades
  • Stun guns, tasers, and most weapons restricted from mail/marketplace sale

ATF rules. We cannot move guns or ammo to consumers across state lines without FFLs and background checks — so we don't.

Recalls & hazardous materials

  • CPSC-recalled products
  • Fireworks and explosives for consumer sale
  • Toxic chemicals, asbestos, radioactive material
  • Fuel, propane tanks, and other DOT/USPS-forbidden hazmat

Illegal to sell recalled goods. Carriers cannot take a lot of this hazmat.

Financial & high-risk traps

Even if something is legal somewhere, card networks and our payment processor will drop the platform if we allow it. Same result: you cannot list it here.

Age-restricted products

  • Alcohol
  • Tobacco and nicotine
  • Vaping products
  • Adult sexual content and pornography

Needs age verification we do not run. Card networks drop marketplaces that allow these.

Financial instruments & stored value

  • Gift cards and stored-value cards
  • Cryptocurrency and digital currency as the item
  • Gold or silver bullion sold as money/metal
  • Lottery, raffle, and scratch tickets

Looks like a money-services business. That pulls in AML and FinCEN rules we are not licensed for.

Highly regulated goods

  • Live animals
  • Human remains
  • Ivory, animal parts, and protected wildlife products
  • Live plants and agricultural seeds for planting across borders
  • Whole vehicles and real estate

Lacey Act, agricultural inspection, and goods we are not set up to title or ship.

Replicas. Must say REPLICA in the title and every photo. Unmarked fakes are treated as counterfeit — ban + funds gone.

IP takedown. Rights holders: email support@asisrawdeals.com with the listing URL, your copyright/trademark, and a statement you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized. We remove matching listings.
